Basic Info BioHello, 2009.
In the composition of these things, I find I suddenly want very much to be a mysterious, reclusive character with fascinating ways of writing and a dozen quirky eccentric ways to describe myself.
But if you were to meet me in person you'd find a decidely unmysterious, ordinary girl. Not even a girl, really, now I'm in my late (oh, that word!) twenties. I will take it as a compliment (and not merely an affront to my maturity) that most people who meet me think I am seventeen and still in high school.
I talk a lot in my journal about the people I love, the winding path of following Jesus, books, writing, and a certain fat little niece of mine with piercingly incredible blue eyes. I like old dusty things, handwritten letters, chocolate (particularly caramello koalas and m&ms), music that is real and speaks to the heart, prose strung together as handsomely as poetry, and hugs from my littlest brother.
This is a journal about joy, every day.
I confess right now that I seem to collect livejournals just as I do books.
